Riley is home again. This beautiful heart holds so many happy memories, each color has a special meaning for me. I will treasure it forever. I could not be happier with the product itself and the customer service, both exceeded my expectations. Throughout the experience they were in contact with me, following up through the actual creation of the heart, and when the heart was shipped.
