We got our memorial orb and there will never be enough "Thank Yous" to express our gratitude to Rich, Erin and the artists at Rainbow Bridge Hearts. I am so happy that we found this company and chose them to create this beautiful artwork that will forever hold our precious furbaby Jax. They were so caring and compassionate every step of the way. They sent emails explaining the process, letting me know when they received his ashes, the day his memorial was to be created, when it was finished, shipped and when I should expect him home!
